This form is for teachers, community leaders, guardians, parents, or concerned individuals who know a child in genuine need of educational support.

Before You Recommend:

Please make sure the child:

Is currently out of school or at risk of dropping out
Resides in Nigeria (or your region, if applicable)
Comes from a low-income or vulnerable background
Is between the ages of 5 and 18
Has a willing parent or guardian who supports the process.
